    Traning to Staff Members regarding ERP, LMS and Online ACR

    In response to memo no. 29.06.2019 CO(2) dated 11.09.2019 by DHE, Haryana, the training workshop conducted on 18.09.2019 related to ERP, LMS and online-ACR at Govt. College Hisar was attended by Dr. Meena Kumari, Assisstant Professor of Chemistry from GCW Badhra. Following further directions from DHE Haryana, she has imparted training related to ERP, LMS and Online ACR to all the staff members of the college present today in a meeting in Smart Class Room of the college from 12:15 pm to 01:15pm.

    Staff Meeting held on 05.10.2018

    A staff meeting was convened by the Principal in the principal office on 5/10/2018. The topics of discussion were as follows 1. Classes must be taken regularly as per lesson plans. Class-teaching must not be humpered in the wake of cultural and co-curricular activities. 2. Staff meetings shall be hold on a regular interval of 15 days. 3. Mentor-mentee programme classes must be held according to fix time-table ie on every Saturday at 1.30 to 2.15 pm. Under this programme students will be encouraged to prepare a short documentary film/clip (3 to 5 minutes) on various social issues with the help of mobile phones. 4. Staff must register biometric attendance regularly.

    Staff Meeting held on 11.10.2018

    A staff meeting regarding coming student Union elections in this college/Govt. College was convened by the Principal on 11/10/2018 in the principal office. All staff members were present in this meeting and detailed discussion was made on various points such as nomination of candidates for Class Representative (CR), Scrutiny of nomination forms, withdrawal of nominations and voting as per the schedule given by the higher education department and concerned university.

    Staff Meeting held on 16.10.2018

    A staff meeting regarding the preparedness for student Union Election to be held on 17.10.2018 was convened by the Principal in the Principal office on 16.10.2018. Various issues such as making of booths, ballot papers, electoral rolls, counting Sheets, result sheets were discussed in details. In this connection three polling parties were constituted for the booth functioning of this election.

    Staff Meeting held on 05.11.2018

    A staff meeting was held in the principal office on 05.11.2018 regarding athletic meet and digital learning. The chair issued instruction to adopt digital mode in class Teaching.

    A staff meeting was held in the principal office of this college on 16.01.2019. In this meeting the chair issued instructions on various issues such as to maintain regular attendance of students, to perform proctorial duties regularly, to maintain discipline and cleanliness in college campus and timely utilization of various grants namely Library grant, Placement grant, Women cell grant and EWYL grant.
